The sessions are conducted via video meetings with Derek & Gina, offering a personal and interactive experience.  

We use a dedicated coaching platform giving you access to notes from the session, video recordings, next steps, and notifications. 

Each session focuses on a specific aspect of family life, including strengthening your relationship with God, building unity in your home, defining family values, and creating actionable steps for growth.

Depending on the duration of the program, (12-week or 24-week), we would meet weekly or every other week, depending on what works best for your schedule.

Because 'Relationship Building Time' is a priority for us, we keep these sessions during the work day, approximately 9-5 CST.  We would determine a time that works for all of us, and commit to the meeting time for the duration of the mentoring. 

This program is designed for families who want to align their priorities, strengthen relationships, and create a lasting legacy rooted in faith and purpose.

There are no family 'requirements'.  So, married couples, blended families, single-parent families, etc.. Having alignment in the home and working to be a Family on Purpose is for all of us. 

Each session includes gaining awareness on a key topic, fostering alignment between you and your spouse, and receiving practical action steps to implement in your family.

That looks like holing you accountable to the work you previously committed to completing, celebrating wins inside your home, introducing a new topic, and setting goals for the next week. 

There will be plenty of stories, laughter, and fun on the calls, but our heart and desire is to serve you and your family. 

They need to be on the calls. 

So, if your spouse isn't willing to be on the calls, then this probably isn't the right time to be participating in this program.  We would recommend listening to the podcast, professional counseling, or one of our mini-courses that you could complete alone.  

Our goal is to help you 'Win at Home' but it requires a baseline alignment between both spouses to do that.  

Yes, the program is designed to address your unique family dynamics, and additional personalized mentoring sessions are available if needed.

That's the beauty of mentoring, it is you and us walking through the process together.  There are some fundamental pieces we'll cover, but each session we focus on your needs for your family.
